The name "Etu in Space"- because Etu is the personification of Time for Lakota people(Sioux); and is a common name meaning The Sun from other native cultures (all I’m getting now “Native American Language which. Obviously isn’t a thing, with thousands of tribes and hundreds of languages spanning from southern Mexico to Canada 🙄😶) Upon reflection, my intent in creating this piece was the overwhelming urge to process both the passing of time for when native cultures dominated this land, to also now how the majority of their descendents have also been treated so poorly.

This is a one of a kind item  that I retain the rights to.
